BNO Branding:

Social Media Campaigns and Blog Post Graphics

I worked as an associate designer at Baldwin and Obenauf, an advertising agency in Philly. I made designs for different BNO social media posts and resized them accordingly to each platform. For example, above are the posts for National Intern Day. They feature the brand’s colors and the intern’s majors. I also made icons, flyers, and blog post graphics to represent the agency’s services. I worked under art directors: Emily Kopf, Miranda Pokras, Daniel Grushecky, and Mykel Griggs.

National Intern Day Posts

The National Intern Day posts featured the summer interns with their headshots, names, and majors. The background uses BNO’s blue and green brand colors along with paint textures and abstracted illustrations. The posts were created in illustrator and had to be resized for each social platform.

Muse Awards Posts

Promotional social posts about BNO winning three Muse Awards. The agency wanted to highlight this AD award achievement with a social post. I used the brand’s secondary colors to create a bright gradient. I edited the award logo and statue to fit the post style.

BNO Internship Recruitment:

Research and Social Media Campaign

The agency was in need of new internship recruiting materials. They had reinstated their internship program for the first time in 6 years. I was put in charge of this initiative, as a recent grad and current intern. I researched current recruitment trends and designs. I also created mood boards, flyers, and social media post designs.

Research Presentation

The research for recruitment tactics and ads for design inspiration. I presented these ideas to the art directors and adjusted them according to their feedback.

Posts and Flyers

The internship recruitment social posts and flyers. The designs are a mix of BNO’s brand colors and gradients and the recruitment ideas of stickers and collages.
